Daisy Chain

I collected some daisy from our garden this morning to make a daisy chain.

First collect as many daisy as you can.
I then use a pin to make a hole in the daisy’s stem.
Now I use another daisy’s stem to go through the hole I made earlier.
Continue the process until the daisies get to certain length.

My flax boat by James

I made a flax boat and a stick raft and raced them on a big puddle.

The flax boat was faster then the raft

Blog post of the week

Kia Ora,

Kai Pai to everybody who has been sending in posts to our class blog, we have loved being able to see what you are all up to. It is so special to stay connected during these times and we look forward to seeing our blog continue when we are back at school.

We are excited to announce the blog post of the week for each class. Here we look at the quality of the blog post looking for a good description to go with the photo or work and comments made and responded to. Focusing on the purpose of a blog:

1. To teach others
2. To get feedback
3. To publish

Check out this week's students! Double J's!

Well done Joseph from Room 5: It was hard to choose just one post, Click here to view all of Joseph's blog.
