My flax boat by James

I made a flax boat and a stick raft and raced them on a big puddle. 


The flax boat was faster then the raft

A native shield duck watched my boats. 



I also practiced some hand writing

    Hi James,
    Your boats look well thought out and constructed. Do you think the flax boat was faster because of the sail or because it had less drag in the water? Maybe a bit of both? Great to see that you have put in time and effort on your handwriting too.
